    Q: Where can you ship orders?
    A: At this time, we only ship orders to United States and Canada .

    Q: What payment options are available?
    A: You can pay online by credit card;

    MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal and GoogleCheckout are all welcome. Our online store is totally secure and encrypted. Your information is completely safe. We accept money orders and checks for orders placed by mail. 

    Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
    A: All orders that are $60.00 and over get Free Shipping. All free shipping orders are sent UPS Ground.

    Q: What is your return policy?
    A: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery of your order. Call (734) 348-8803 to arrange returns.

    Q: Do you offer terms, credit accounts, etc?
    A: No. All orders must be paid in full before we ship them. This is one way we keep our prices low.

    Q: What types of packaging do you use for your coffee?
    A: Mountain Coffee House vacuum pack your coffee to keep it fresh and conserve it flavor: We offer 8.8 OZ (250g), 1.1 lbs (500g), 2.2 lbs (1 kg) bags.

    Q: How do I store my coffee?
    A: Coffee beans must be isolated from air and moisture. Probably the best storage containers are made from glass or glazed ceramic, which have the added benefit of being easily cleaned. If glass is used, the container should be kept in a dark location (if only because light is, theoretically, usually an accelerant to chemical processes); in either case, the containers must be able to maintain an air- and moisture-proof seal. Alternately, mylar/plastic bags with one-way valves can also do a fine job so long as care is taken to ensuring an airtight seal.

    Q: What kind of cup should I use to fully enjoy my coffee?
    A: In theory, the best containers are simply those that keep the coffee hot and do not add flavors of their own. Heavy, pre-warmed ceramic cups probably serve those criteria best.

    Q: From where do you ship?
    A: Mountain Coffee House ships all its coffee and orders from our facility in Michigan.

    Q: Who roasts/packages your coffee?
    A: Our coffee come from small farmers coop facility in Africa . The beans are organic grown on rich highland and roast with wood burners.

    Q: Do you sell ground coffee?
    A: We sell both ground and whole bean coffee.

    Q: How can you sell organic gourmet coffee inexpensively?
    A: We sell only high-quality premium coffee that we import directly from small farmers in Africa . Then, we ship directly to you by eliminating the middleman and passing the saving on to you.
