We carefully select the highest quality Grade 1 beans, which are organically grown by small farmers in dark, nutrient rich volcanic soil at elevations exceeding 5,000 feet in western Cameroon in Africa. This unique environment combines with a perfect balance of sun rain and cool shade produce these unique beans. Mountain Coffee House beans are cautiously harvest, de-pulped and thoroughly washed then sun dried. Farmers will roast the beans with wood burners before grinding, if necessary and vacuum pack to keep freshness and all the smooth flavor and taste. These distinctive characteristics are the secret to the mellow, aromatic, and rich full-bodied coffee we provide our customers.
